Inquiry.

UPDATE: I just bought the most gorgeous black silk Calvin Klein evening gown. I'm looking for excuses left and right to wear it, literally ANYWHERE. It wouldn't be that outlandish to wear it for a stroll to the local cafe, would it? Whatever; besides, I prefer "idiosyncratic." O_0

(Kind of resembles this one, but silk, not chiffon, and much longer. But basically the same idea.)

But to the heart of the matter of this post. Who knows where can by glass-less frames like the ones Iekeliene Stange always wears? If all else fails, I can just buy some sunglasses and destroy them. =D

The Dutch are sooooooo devious.

I'd just comb the thrift stores for a pair of glasses. I have some, and I think that's where I got 'em.
LOVE the dress. Too bad you're not invited to my wedding, you could wear it there! lol. I think wearing it in the park is perfect!

The dress is gorgeous! I'm not sure when you can get those glasses though, sorry. But yeah, you can buy a pair of sunnies and take the lens out, I guess!

Nice dress and I can imagine how gorgeously it looks with the silk textile. The glasses looks really funky. Maybe can get it from some vintage shops?

Oy, that CK dress looks fab, how much did you get it for?
Oh ya, and in real life, Daul Kim doesn't look 5'10, and in real life, I'm a couple inches from suffering from dwarfism. It's rather sad, how short I am.

You are a braver girl than I to wear glassless frames.

I love the dress, it's absoultely beautiful.

The park sounds like a gorgeous idea. Sit on a bench with a coffee, read a book and leave people to wonder where you're dressed up for..

I adore Iekeliene..she's fantastic. My style icon.

By the way, what is the song playing in the background? I'm hooked on it...

Ahhh where do you live? There has to be an opera house somewhere in a nearby big city...

Anyways, I signed up on a website a long time and families started contacting me. I got offers from South Africa, Spain, France, Italy...and this one family from Athens just emailed me offering twice as much as the Italy one, but I already booked my tickets so whatever...

I'll wear that whenever and wherever I feel like it. For a date, for a party, for a glamorous trip to the classy supermarket near you... but that's just me.

It's just all about those glasses isn't it? Not too many people have the quirky personality to pull it off - - - she does though!

I would try ebay. You find loads of vintage eyewear. Try vintage with keyword vintage "dior glasses".

Very cute dress:)

Yeah, I think you can get those prescription ones from drugstores. Just pop out the lenses.
I figure that's what everyone does anyway!
